AstroCel® I Product Highlights:
The AstroCel I filter is available in a variety of efficiencies, including 99.97%, 99.99%, and 99.999% on 0.3 µm particles, and is also available with laser scanned factory certification.
As per the common standards (ISO Standards), air filters (HEPA) must remove at least 99.95% of particles with a diameter equal to 0.3 μm. All our products are designed and tested to meet the latest filtration standards, such as EN1822:2009, and thereby we addressed the client’s high quality filter requirements.
AstroCel I HEPA filters are typically used in areas where contamination control is critical. The filter consists of imported fiberglass media formed into a series of pleats. Corrugated sheets of aluminum separate the pleats to allow proper pleat settings Gasketing is available on the upstream, downstream, or both faces. Extractor clips are available for Astrocel I HEPA filters, and for Bag In/Bag Out housings.
